Frag.bio respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We are committed to responding promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

1. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Frag.bio infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification with the following details:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL or specific location on our website where the allegedly infringing content is located.
  • Your contact information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use of the content is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement affirming the accuracy of your notice and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your DMCA takedown notice to:
Email: fragbio@proton.me

2. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the content that was removed and its previous location on Frag.bio.
  • Your contact information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the U.S., a willingness to accept service from the party who filed the original DMCA notice).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your counter-notification to:
Email: fragbio@proton.me

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. This allows them to review your claim and decide whether to pursue further legal action or to allow the content to be restored.

3. Repeated Infringement

Accounts found to repeatedly infringe copyright laws may be terminated. Frag.bio reserves the right to define what constitutes repeated infringement and to take appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating user accounts.
